VANCOUVER – Nominations are now open for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s (REBGV’s) 3rd annual Commercial Building Awards. The deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, June 29.

February 2010 Real Estate Stats

There were 293 sales in East Van during the month of February 2010, an increase of 23% from last month's 238 sales, and a whopping 74% increase from the 168 sales recorded in February 2009.

The Westside saw a similar increase, 22% in sales January 2010 versus February 2010, with 526 sales in February and 430 in January. There was a 38% increase in sales from February last year where 382 sales were recorded.
