We're just back from an incredible trip to Ireland, visiting with my in-laws. My husband is from Cork, and we like to get back once a year to catch up with family and take in the breathtaking scenery. It was the first time I was able to see the beautiful country side of Ireland in brilliant sunshine! The sun shone on us all but two days, and the temperatures soared in the 20's.
